Inspectable definition

Inspectable means an item or area can be made available or exposed for close visual observation.

  • Inspect means the ability to review and copy a CIF to the same extent as any other document contained in a court file.

  • Inspection means activities such as measuring, examining, testing, gauging one or more characteristics of the product or service and comparing the same with the specified requirement to determine conformity.

  • Inspecting Authority means the authorised representative of the Department to act as Inspecting Authority for the purpose of this contract and for the purpose of ascertaining the progress of the deliveries under the contract.

These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Animal means any nonhuman animate being endowed with the power of voluntary action.
