Inside waters definition

Inside waters means all state waters landward of the COLREGS Demarcation Line, as depicted or described on NOAA nautical charts for coastal Florida waters.

  • Navigable waters ’ means the waters of the United States, including the territorial sea;

  • Surface waters means water on the surface of the ground where water does not usually accumulate in ordinary watercourses, lakes, or ponds. This includes any waterborne objects.

  • Large Workplace means a place at which on an average, 500 or more workers are employed.

  • Non-transient non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system and that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year.

  • Receiving waters means the waters of the state into which point and non-point sources flow.
