Inside Information Report definition

Inside Information Report means a report in respect of inside information required under Article 7(1)(f) of the Securitisation Regulations.
Inside Information Report means the report to be prepared and delivered by the Reporting Entity pursuant to the Servicing Agreement upon the occurrence of an event triggering the existence of any inside information as referred to in Article 7(1)(f) of the Securitisation Regulation or, to the extent applicable, any significant event as referred to in Article 7(1)(g) of the Securitisation Regulation and the applicable Regulatory Technical Standards.
Inside Information Report means the report to be prepared and delivered by the Servicer pursuant to the Intercreditor Agreement upon the occurrence of any event triggering the existence of any inside information as provided for by points (f) and (g) of article 7(1) of the Securitisation Regulation and the applicable Regulatory Technical Standards.
