Inside Delivery definition

Inside Delivery means delivered inside the office of the ordering agency but does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation.
Inside Delivery means delivery of an order to a specified location that may or may not have an accessible loading dock, breaking open the pallet, and hand delivering individual boxes to a specified room(s) or area(s).
Inside Delivery means F.O.B. Destination, inside delivery, unpacking, full assembly, ready-to-use, placement in rooms designated by recipient, premises left broom clean, and packaging disposed of by the successful Contractor.

Inside Delivery means delivery to a building with or without an accessible dock where the product ordered is brought into the building by the delivery driver to specific rooms or areas.
Inside Delivery means delivery to a Purchasing Entity’s Delivery Address (with or without an accessible dock) whereby the delivery driver breaks open the shipping container and hand truck delivers individual cartons to one or more Delivery Points (such as delivery to multiple buildings on a college campus), and/or whereby the delivery driver removes the paper cartons from the skid or performs other special delivery services that do not fall within the definition of Normal Delivery.
Inside Delivery is defined in this contract as “Delivery to a building with or without an accessible dock and breaking shipping container to HAND TRUCK DELIVER INDIVIDUAL CARTONS to a specific room(s) or area(s).” NOTE: Agency purchase orders are to clearly indicate "Inside Delivery Required", if applicable. Purchase orders with no indication of inside delivery requirements are to be delivered according to "Normal Delivery" definition.

  • Notice Delivery Period means the period from and including the Trade Date to and including the date that is 15 Business Days after the later of:

  • Share Delivery Quantity For any Settlement Date, a number of Shares, as calculated by the Calculation Agent, equal to the Net Share Settlement Amount for such Settlement Date divided by the Settlement Price on the Valuation Date for such Settlement Date. If such Insolvency, Nationalization or Merger Event involves a choice of consideration to be received by holders, such holder shall be deemed to have elected to receive the maximum possible amount of cash.

  • Warrant Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d)(i).

In the event Counterparty shall not have delivered the full number of Shares otherwise deliverable as a result of this paragraph 5 (the resulting deficit, the “Deficit Shares”), Counterparty shall be continually obligated to deliver, from time to time until the full number of Deficit Shares have been delivered pursuant to this paragraph, Shares when, and to the extent that, (i) Shares are repurchased, acquired or otherwise received by Counterparty or any of its subsidiaries after the date hereof (whether or not in exchange for cash, fair value or any other consideration), (ii) authorized and unissued Shares reserved for issuance in respect of other transactions prior to such date which prior to the relevant date become no longer so reserved or (iii) Counterparty additionally authorizes any unissued Shares that are not reserved for other transactions. Counterparty shall promptly notify Dealer of the occurrence of any of the foregoing events (including the number of Shares subject to clause (i), (ii) or (iii) and the corresponding number of Shares to be delivered) and promptly deliver such Shares thereafter.

  • Scheduled Delivery Date means the Date on which the Seller is required to start delivering the power at the Delivery Point as per the terms and conditions of the PPA;

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • Termination Warning Notice means a notice sent by the Secretary of State to the Academy Trust, stating his intention to terminate this Agreement.
