INSD definition

INSD means“Institut national de la statistique et de la démographie”, the Borrower’s national institute of statistics and demography, the agency responsible for the implementation of the Project, operating under the Borrower’s Ministry of Economy and Development, and referred to in paragraph 2 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
INSD means the Recipient’s national statistics office, established by virtue of law 124 of 2019.

  • To this end, The Recipient shall ensure that MoF, coordinates with the INSD and the MoB, in accordance with adequate implementation arrangements as defined in the Project Operations Manual.

  • Flexible vinyl adhesive means an aerosol adhesive designed to bond flexible vinyl to substrates. Flexible vinyl means a nonrigid polyvinyl chloride plastic with at least five percent, by weight, of plasticizer content. A plasticizer is a material, such as a high boiling point organic solvent, that is incorporated into a vinyl to increase its flexibility, workability, or distensibility, and may be determined using ASTM Method E260-91 or from product formulation data.

  • Core means a pedestrian-oriented area of commercial and civic uses serving the surrounding municipality, generally including housing and access to public transportation.

  • Pilot or "Payment in Lieu of Tax" shall mean any payment made to the Agency or an affected tax jurisdiction equal to all or a portion of the real property taxes or other taxes which would have been levied by or on behalf of an affected tax jurisdiction with respect to a project but for tax exemption obtained by reason of the involvement of the Agency in such project, but such term shall not include Agency fees.
