Input Content definition

Input Content means any content (typically, a picture) created by You and/or Your Authorized Users which is uploaded to or processed by the Licensed Offerings. Laws and Standards as per Section 6.
Input Content means any input provided by you to the Service or associated software for processing including any data, documents, files, information, materials, prompts, text, and metadata associated with any of the foregoing.

Examples of Input Content in a sentence

  • If the Input Content includes any personal information, you acknowledge that our Privacy Policy available at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ governs use and processing of such personal information.

  • Alteryx is not responsible for retaining or backing up, and reserves the right to remove, delete, or limit, any data You upload for use with a Beta Product ("Input Content") or any output You produce from the use thereof (“Output Content”) (such Input Content and Output Content collectively, “Your Content”).

  • You retain all ownership rights in the Input Content and you own the Output Content.

  • You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions, and have provided any notices and obtained any consents, needed to provide Input Content to the Service and for the Service to process the Input Content.

  • You also represent and warrant that your submission of the Input Content will not violate our Fair Use Policy (as defined below), or any laws applicable to the Input Content—including intellectual property laws and data protection laws governing personal information contained in the Input Content.

  • Additional Terms as per Section 1.3. Approved Source means (i) VOTIX, (ii) an Affiliate or (iii) an authorized Authorized Users as per Section 3.4((d)), it being understood that Authorized Content means the Input Content and the Output Content.
