Inorganic solid debris means nonfriable inorganic solids contaminated with D004 to D011 hazardous wastes that are incapable of passing through a 9.5 mm standard sieve and that require cutting or crushing and grinding in mechanical sizing equipment prior to stabilization, and are limited to the following inorganic or metal materials:
