Innovation Services means any Service or feature described on Zendesk’s Innovation Services List available on Zendesk’s Agreement and Terms Website.

Innovation Services are the Functions the Supplier will provide to ensure Innovation of the Services (including as required for Supplier to continuously evolve and improve the Services as required by Section 3.3 (Evolution of the Services) of the Terms and Conditions and Section 5.4 (Continuous Improvement) of Schedule B (Service Levels) and that Health Net receives the benefits from Supplier’s continuous Innovation.

Examples of Innovation Services in a sentence

  • Prior to Phase 3, the Supplier will move any remaining Innovation Services personnel from Health Net facilities to Supplier service delivery location near Health Net’s headquarters.

  • If the parties are unable to agree on the adjustment amount, Oxford Innovation Services Ltd may, without any liability to The Supplier terminate this Purchase Order as to all Goods and/or Services affected.

  • Access is subject to Oxford Innovation Services Ltd business control and information protection policies, standards and guidelines as may be modified from time to time.

  • Use of any other Oxford Innovation Services Ltd Information Systems is expressly prohibited.

  • The Supplier shall comply with Oxford Innovation Services Ltd’s, packaging and delivery shipment requirements as specified at time of order.
