Innovation Pack definition

Innovation Pack means the respective Software and additional services as set forth in the applicable Order Forms and licensed by Partner.

  • Innovation means the implementation of a new or significantly improved product, service or process, including but not limited to production, building or construction processes, a new marketing method, or a new organisational method in business practices, workplace organisation or external relations inter alia with the purpose of helping to solve societal challenges or to support the Europe 2020 strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Technology Transfer Agreement has the meaning given in Section 2.2(e).

  • Innovative control technology means any system of air pollution control that has not been adequately demonstrated in practice, but would have a substantial likelihood of achieving greater continuous emissions reduction than any control system in current practice or of achieving at least comparable reductions at lower cost in terms of energy, economics, or non-air quality environmental impacts.

  • Innovations means all discoveries, designs, developments, improvements, inventions (whether or not protectable under patent laws), works of authorship, information fixed in any tangible medium of expression (whether or not protectable under copyright laws), trade secrets, know-how, ideas (whether or not protectable under trade secret laws), mask works, trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress.

  • EPFO means Employees' Provident Fund Organization

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;

  • Technology Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

The federal contribution for a qualifying project shall be at least 20 percent of the total cost of the demonstration project.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Initial Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).

  • Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.

  • aerodrome means a defined area on land or water (including any buildings, installations and equipment) intended to be used either wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of aircraft;

  • Cluster development means a contiguous cluster or

  • Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body.   • Technology Transfer Plan will have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Technology License Agreement means the agreement in the form of Exhibit H hereto.

  • Qard means a contract of lending money whereby the borrower is obliged to repay the equivalent amount to lender.
