  • To be eligible for Support Services, the hardware and software used with the CWP Solution must meet Innovapptive 's minimum configuration requirements provided in the Documentation.

  • As specified in a Schedule, Innovapptive will provide its proprietary software programs for mobile devices, which may include (A) desktop software, and (B) mobile device software.

  • If Innovapptive determines that none of these are commercially feasible, then Innovapptive may terminate the applicable Order, in whole or in part, and will refund any prepaid and unused fees.
