  • To be eligible for Support Services, the hardware and software used with the CWP Solution must meet Innovapptive 's minimum configuration requirements provided in the Documentation.

  • In connection with any invoice for expense reimbursement, Innovapptive will provide copies of receipts and other documents reasonably necessary to verify the amount and nature of any such expenses.

  • If such a claim appears likely, then Innovapptive may modify the CWP Solution, procure the necessary rights, or replace it with a functional equivalent.
