To be eligible for Support Services, the hardware and software used with the CWP Solution must meet Innovapptive 's minimum configuration requirements provided in the Documentation.
In connection with any invoice for expense reimbursement, Innovapptive will provide copies of receipts and other documents reasonably necessary to verify the amount and nature of any such expenses.
If such a claim appears likely, then Innovapptive may modify the CWP Solution, procure the necessary rights, or replace it with a functional equivalent.

If Innovapptive determines that none of these are commercially feasible, then Innovapptive may terminate the applicable Order, in whole or in part, and will refund any prepaid and unused fees.
