INMP definition

INMP means a comprehensive plan, satisfactory to the Association, addressing issues relating to the use of fertilizers or related substances, including, institutional, regulatory and budgetary issues, ensuring approved substances including fertilizers are procured, transported, stored, handled, used and any remnants are discarded appropriately; and monitoring of the use of the said substances and designed to minimize potential adverse impacts on human health and the environment, as the same may be amended with the prior written concurrence of the Association.
