Injection Amount definition

Injection Amount means the amount specified as such in Schedule 1;
Injection Amount means an amount equal to (i) the aggregate proceeds received by the Borrower in respect of contributions towards its registered capital at any time on or after 10 December 2009 less (ii) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of any Permitted Loan(s) made by the Borrower to the Sponsor (in calculating such principal amount, such principal shall not include any capitalised interest), provided that if the Injection Amount (as calculated pursuant to the foregoing) is negative, it shall be deemed to be zero.

Examples of Injection Amount in a sentence

  • In respect of each Injection Nomination, the Injection Charge (in pounds sterling) shall be payable by the Customer to the Service Provider, and shall be calculated by multiplying the Injection Amount (in p/kWh) by the aggregate of the Injected Quantity (in kWh) for each Day in the Invoice Period.

  • Upon the fulfillment of the conditions set forth under Clause 5.1 hereof or waiver of same by Cooper and CTHC (the “Closing”), Cooper and CTHC shall make the Capital Injection Amount and the Unpaid Registered Capital in accordance with the timetable in Article 6.2 to the bank account subsequently designated by the Company.
