Initiation Authority definition

Initiation Authority means the body or individual with authority to initiate procurement proceedings, in accordance with the levels of authority in Annex-A of the Law.
Initiation Authority means the Delegated Authority to undertake all actions required to be taken to initiate a Competitive Procurement Process, including preparing a Request for Acquisition, developing Specifications and issuing, or authorizing the issuance of an RFx or other method of Acquisition as described in the Procurement Policy.
