Examples of Initiating Date in a sentence

  • If, on or before the first day of any calendar quarter commencing on April 1, 1998 up to and including April 1, 2001 (each, an "Initiating Date"), Tenant delivers a written notice to Landlord (an "Investment Improvement Notice") stating that Tenant or any of SC International Services, Inc.

  • If, at any time from the first day of the month following the fourth anniversary of the Commencement Date through the last day of the month in which the seventh anniversary of the Commencement Date occurs (the "Initiating Date"), Tenant obtains a BBB- or better investment grade credit rating from Standard & Poors Corporation and a Baa3 or better investment grade credit rating from Mood▇'▇ ▇▇▇estors Services, Inc.
