Initial Work Plan definition

Initial Work Plan means the Work Plan as of the Effective Date, which is attached hereto as Attachment 2.
Initial Work Plan means a written description/narrative of the proposed Project submitted to the Corporation by the Sponsor as part of its Application detailing the Sponsor's objectives and goals with respect to the Project, from formulation of the development concept through construction, leasing, operation or sale. The "Initial Work Plan" shall include, without limitation, the information required in Form 2, Project Narrative/Initial Work Plan of the Application Package.
Initial Work Plan shall have the meaning specified in Section 10.2 of the Original Agreement..

More Definitions of Initial Work Plan

Initial Work Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Related to Initial Work Plan

  • Annual Work Plan means each annual work plan, together with the related budget, for the Project approved by the Association pursuant to the provisions of Section I.B.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after the plan's effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid.
