Initial Waivers definition

Initial Waivers. All children attending the party must have a signed waiver completed by the child’s parent or guardian. The party host is responsible for obtaining all waivers and submitting them to CSD staff before the start of the party.

  • As used in this Amendment, the Original Lease and the Initial Waivers shall be collectively referred to herein as the “Existing Lease”.

Related to Initial Waivers

  • Acquisition Agreement Representations means the representations and warranties with respect to the Companies made by the Seller in the Acquisition Agreement to the extent a breach of such representations and warranties is material to the interests of the Lenders, but only to the extent that the Borrower or its Affiliates have the right to terminate its or their obligations under the Acquisition Agreement (or decline to consummate the Rockwood Acquisition) as a result of a breach of such representations in the Acquisition Agreement.

  • Additional Conditions means the terms and conditions set out in the Offer Document.

  • Lock-Up Agreements means the lock-up agreements that are delivered on the date hereof by each of the Company’s officers and directors, in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Additional Clauses means the additional Clauses specified in paragraph 2.1 of Annex A to this Contract that were requested in the Order by the CUSTOMER and that shall apply to this Contract.

  • Special Representations has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.
