Initial Upfront Payment definition

Initial Upfront Payment is defined in Section 2.3(a).
Initial Upfront Payment has the meaning given in Section 10.1, hereto.

Examples of Initial Upfront Payment in a sentence

  • No later than ten (10) Business Days after the Effective Date, Partner shall pay to Atara an additional upfront fee of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) in partial consideration for the additional licenses granted hereunder (the “Additional Upfront Payment”; and together with the Initial Upfront Payment, the “Upfront Payments”).
