Initial Tranche(s) definition

Initial Tranche(s) means, if the Securities of a Series are, in accordance with the terms of the Trust Instrument relating to such Series, to be issued in tranches, the initial tranche(s) specified in the Trust Instrument in respect of that Series.

Initial Tranche(s) means, collectively, Tranche One and Tranche Two, and "Initial Tranche" means either of them. "Initial Tranches Commitment Fee" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.5(a).

Examples of Initial Tranche(s) in a sentence

  • Should Completion occur prior to the first Initial Tranches Repayment Date, the Borrower may, subject to the terms and conditions hereof, drawdown the undrawn balance of the Initial Tranches and, if so drawn down, the Borrower shall forthwith deposit such proceeds to the relevant Proceeds Account, which proceeds may then be distributed pursuant to Section 10.3(o)(ix).

  • With respect to the Initial Tranches Scheduled Repayment due and payable on December 31, 2025, the Borrower may, to the extent there is, on such date, Available Credit under the Initial Tranches and subject always to the terms and conditions hereof, drawdown under the Credit Facility to make, in whole or in part, such Initial Tranches Scheduled Repayment.
