Initial Time definition

Initial Time means 7:00 a.m., Texas time, on the date hereof.
Initial Time means 9:00 a.m., Texas time, on March 1, 2000.
Initial Time means October 1, 1999, at 7:00 A.M., determined as to each locality in accordance with the time then generally observed in such locality.
