Initial Term Start Date definition

Initial Term Start Date means either (i) the first day of the month immediately following the month in which the Commencement Date occurs, or (ii) if the Commencement Date occurs on the first day of the month, the Commencement Date. For all rental periods other than monthly, the Initial Term Start Date shall be as set forth on the applicable Lease Schedule.

Examples of Initial Term Start Date in a sentence
