Initial Subscription Date definition

Initial Subscription Date means 7 July 2020;

Initial Subscription Date means June 29, 2011.

Initial Subscription Date shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.

Examples of Initial Subscription Date in a sentence

• The Company may decide that for a particular Class or Sub-fund no further Shares will be issued after the Initial Subscription Period or Initial Subscription Date (as will be set forth in the relevant Special Section).

• During the Initial Subscription Period or on the Initial Subscription Date or on the Class Launch Date, the Company is offering the Shares under the terms and conditions as set forth in the relevant Special Section.

• Initial subscriptions 8.1 The Initial Subscription Date of each of the Class is the Class Launch Date.

• After the Initial Subscription Period, the Initial Subscription Date or the Class Launch Date, the Company may offer Shares of each existing Class in each existing Sub-fund on any day that is a Valuation Day, as stipulated in the relevant Special Section.

• Shareholders are not allowed to convert all, or part, of their Shares into Shares of a Sub-fund which is closed for further subscriptions after the Initial Subscription Period or Initial Subscription Date (as will be set forth in the relevant Special Section).

More Definitions of Initial Subscription Date

Initial Subscription Date means the date the Investor disburses the Initial Subscription Amount following the Issuer’s satisfaction of the Conditions to Initial Subscription as set out in Annexure 1 of this Instrument;

Initial Subscription Date means a date chosen by mutual agreement of Younited and the Management Company.

Initial Subscription Date means the date on which Discovery PrefCo subscribes for the Initial Class D Preference Shares in terms of the Preference Share Subscription Agreement;

Initial Subscription Date shall have the same meaning as in the Preference Share Subscription Agreement;

Initial Subscription Date means the date on which the Holders subscribed for the Initial Subscription Shares in terms of the Original Preference Share Subscription Agreement, being 8 September 2008;
