Initial Storage Inventory definition

Initial Storage Inventory means and have the definition as provided in Section 4.02(d).
Initial Storage Inventory means, with respect to any Storage Asset, the quantity of Gas in such Storage Asset on April 1, 2004.
Initial Storage Inventory means the beginning quantity of Gas in storage on December 1, 2019, for each storage service agreement identified in Appendix A hereto.

Examples of Initial Storage Inventory in a sentence

  • For the initial withdrawal season, the percentages in Exhibit D1 shall be proportionally adjusted to reflect a physical storage volume differing from the Initial Storage Inventory.

  • At the end of the full term of the Agreement, physical storage gas returned to the control of the Counterparty shall be equal to the Initial Storage Inventory.

  • Should the Counterparty desire to have storage at a level above the Initial Storage Inventory, the Manager will work with Counterparty and provide on a best efforts basis.

  • After UGI transfers the Initial Storage Inventory for Contracts to Manager on the first day of the Term, Manager shall be deemed to hold title and be in control and possession of all such storage Gas until such Gas is redelivered to or for the account of UGI, at the point(s) of delivery specified by UGI.

  • Concurrent with the release of the Contracts, UGI and Manager will enter into storage inventory transfers with the applicable Storage Operators as required in order to transfer the Initial Storage Inventory from UGI to Manager in consideration for the future return transfer of a like amount of Gas to UGI either during the term of this Agreement (as part of a bundled sale) or at the end of this Agreement (through a storage inventory transfer).

  • The “Summer Refill Quantity” shall be defined as eighty-five percent (85.0%) of the Initial Storage Inventory.

  • NUIU hereby transfers title to the Initial Storage Inventory in the Part 284 Storage Assets to CMT to the extent that such gas is stored under a contract assigned to CMT under Section 2.1 of this Agreement.

  • Founders will provide quality control with respect to other aspects of the transfer agent's operations, such as the transfer agent's resolution of shareholder inquiries.

  • For the initial withdrawal season, the percentages in the table below shall be proportionally adjusted to reflect a physical storage volume differing from the Initial Storage Inventory.

  • Should the Counterparty desire to have storage at a level below or above the Initial Storage Inventory, the Manager will work with Counterparty and provide a sale or purchase on a best efforts basis at a price mutually acceptable to each Party.

Related to Initial Storage Inventory

  • Transferred Inventory has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a)(iii).

  • Obsolete Inventory means items that have expired, are redundant or damaged;

  • In-Transit Inventory means Inventory of a Borrower which is in the possession of a common carrier and is in transit from a Foreign Vendor of a Borrower from a location outside of the continental United States to a location of a Borrower that is within the continental United States.

  • Inventory is all “inventory” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all merchandise, raw materials, parts, supplies, packing and shipping materials, work in process and finished products, including without limitation such inventory as is temporarily out of Borrower’s custody or possession or in transit and including any returned goods and any documents of title representing any of the above.

  • Inventory Formula Amount means (i) the lesser of (x) 75% of the Value of Eligible Inventory and (y) 85% of the NOLV Percentage of the Value of Eligible Inventory plus (ii) the lesser of (x) the lesser of (1) 75% of the Value of Eligible In-Transit Inventory and (2) 85% of the NOLV Percentage of the Value of the Eligible In-Transit Inventory and (y) $10,000,000.
