Initial Stated Maturity Date definition

Initial Stated Maturity Date means May 1, 2016, as the same may be extended pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof.

More Definitions of Initial Stated Maturity Date

Initial Stated Maturity Date means March 7, 2017.
Initial Stated Maturity Date shall be March 4, 2030. If the Final Calculation Day (as defined below) is not postponed, the Initial Stated Maturity Date will be the “Stated Maturity Date.” If the Final Calculation Day is postponed, the “Stated Maturity Date” shall be the later of (i) the Initial Stated Maturity Date and (ii) three Business Days (as defined below) after the last Final Calculation Day as postponed.
