  • This Contract will only have one Initial Start Date and once set, the date will not change.

  • The same calendar month and day as the Initial Start Date under this Contract, each calendar year.

  • If Customer terminates this Agreement during the first 15 days following the Initial Start Date of the program as indicated in the Statement of Work or the Initial Start Date (“The Free Trial Period”), then Customer will receive 100% refund of payments made under this Agreement.

  • Company shall have the right to extend the Initial Start Date Window (and therefore postpone any reversion to Owner) for a period of one (1) year (“Initial Reversion Postponement Period”) by paying Owner the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($150,000) (which amount shall not be applicable against any other payment obligation of Company hereunder) promptly following notice to Owner of such extension election at any time prior to the expiration of the Initial Start Date Window.

  • Initial Sale Time means 4:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date of this Underwriting Agreement.

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.

  • Execution Date means the date on which the parties execute and enter into this Agreement.

  • Inspection Period Shall have the meaning given to it in Section 4.1.
