Examples of Initial Signatories in a sentence

  • In particular none of the Initial Signatories may withdraw from the Authority if all three ballot measures described in Section 2.04(a) herein are approved by a majority of the registered electors voting thereon.

  • Except as otherwise provided in subsection (b) of this Section and Article 12 of this Agreement, resolutions of the Board shall be adopted upon the affirmative vote of at least two- thirds of the Directors then in office who are eligible to vote thereon (which, if all Initial Signatories become Initial Members and no Director is ineligible to vote, will be six of the eight initial Directors).
