Initial Ships definition

Initial Ships means the initial ships whose names and particulars are set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2 and “Initial Ship” means any of them;
Initial Ships means any or all of them;
Initial Ships means, collectively, BULK PANGAEA, BULK PATRIOT, BULK JXXXXXX and BULK TRIDENT, and in the singular means any one of them;

More Definitions of Initial Ships

Initial Ships means, together, the Ships referred to in Schedule 2 and, in the singular, means any of them;
Initial Ships means the 5 ships listed as Ships 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 in Schedule 6 which are owned by the Owners at the date of this Agreement and registered on the flag indicated in relation to that Ship in Schedule 6;
Initial Ships means, collectively, the STI CORAL and STI DIAMOND;
Initial Ships means, together, the Bikini Ship and the Eniwetok Ship;

Related to Initial Ships

  • Public vessel ’ means a vessel owned or bareboat chartered and operated by the United States, by a State or political subdivision thereof, or by a foreign nation, except when such vessel is engaged in commerce;

  • U.S.-flag vessel means a vessel of the United States or belonging to the United States, including any vessel registered or having national status under the laws of the United States.

  • Ships means together Ship A, Ship B, Ship C, Ship D, Ship E and Ship F and, in the singular, means any of them;

  • authorised development means the development and associated development described in Schedule 1 and any other development authorised by this Order, which is development within the meaning of section 32 of the 2008 Act;

  • International shipment means the transportation of hazardous waste into or out of the jurisdiction of the United States.

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Cargo vessel means a self-propelled ship in commerce, other than a tank vessel or a passenger vessel, three hundred or more gross tons, including but not limited to, commercial fish processing vessels and freighters.
