Initial Shipment definition

Initial Shipment means the Drug Product to be shipped by Takeda promptly after the Effective Date of this Agreement. The number of tablets of Drug Product to be shipped as part of the Initial Shipment is set forth on Exhibit C.
Initial Shipment means the period commencing from the first commercial shipment of a Partner Product to VUG's various retailers and expiring *** business days thereafter.

Examples of Initial Shipment in a sentence

  • Except for the Initial Shipment and as otherwise provided under Article 11 of this Agreement, all Drug Substance and Drug Product will be shipped to Myovant EXW (Incoterms 2010) from Takeda’s designated site, freight collect, by a common carrier designated by Myovant in the Purchase Order, at Myovant’s expense.

  • The Initial Shipment will be shipped to Myovant DAP (Incoterms 2010) to Myovant’s designated site.

  • For clarity, the Initial Rolling Forecast shall not include the Initial Shipment.

  • Following the Six Month Evaluation, VUG shall at the Three Month Evaluation make a subsequent determination of the projected Gross Sales Revenues at Initial Shipment (the "THREE MONTH GROSS SALES PROJECTION").

  • Interplay acknowledges and agrees that, subject to SECTION 11.7 of the Agreement and the terms below in this SECTION 1.2 of EXHIBIT A, final projected Gross Sales Revenues at Initial Shipment (the "FINAL GROSS SALES PROJECTION") will be determined *** upon receipt from Interplay of the Approved Gold Master.
