Initial Shelf definition

Initial Shelf shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.1.

Initial Shelf has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereof.

Initial Shelf means the initial Registration Statement filed pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Initial Shelf in a sentence

• The Initial Shelf Registration shall be on Form S-1 or another appropriate form permitting registration of such Registrable Notes for resale by Holders in the manner or manners designated by them (including, without limitation, one or more underwritten offerings).
