Initial Screening Test definition

Initial Screening Test means a drug or alcohol test which uses a method of analysis approved by the Commissioner of Health as being capable of providing data as to general classes or drugs, alcohol, or their metabolites.
Initial Screening Test means a drug or alcohol test or cannabis test which uses a method of analysis under one of the programs listed in Minnesota Statutes, section 181.953, subdivision 1.
