Initial Salary definition

Initial Salary means, with respect to any Participant under the Executive Bonus Plan for a fiscal year, the rate of salary in effect for such Participant for such fiscal year as established prior to the beginning of such fiscal year.
Initial Salary. $400,000 annually, subject to applicable withholdings as permitted and required by law. Your salary will be paid in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll practices. Your salary may be reviewed periodically and adjusted by Eagle to reflect performance and responsibilities. Any salary increases received during the first year of employment will be pro-rated.

Examples of Initial Salary in a sentence

  • Said Notice from Executive shall be made on the 15th of the month commencing with the last month of the Initial Salary Continuation Period and monthly thereafter as applicable.

  • All appeals must be filed with the Chairperson of the Union within ninety (90) days from commencing duties or sixty (60) days following receipt of the Initial Salary Placement form completed by the Human Resources Department.

  • Initial Salary Schedule Placement: The School District will determine initial salary schedule placement based on teaching experience.

  • In limited circumstances and only with recommendation of the ▇▇▇▇ and prior approval of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and SEA President, a newly employed Bargaining Unit Member who possesses exceptional teaching or applicable experience (more than 10 years) may receive a salary that exceeds the maximum rate reflected on the above Initial Salary Placement Table.

  • All newly employed Bargaining Unit Members will transition from the Initial Salary Placement Table to the Continuing Faculty Salary Table beginning with their second year of employment.

  • For initial placement of new teachers, administration will maintain the New Teacher Initial Salary Placement Grid to determine first year salaries.

  • The Company hereby agrees to pay Employee an initial salary (the "Initial Salary") at the annual rate set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

  • The Initial Salary and the Initial Salary as adjusted pursuant to this Section 1.4 (collectively, the "Base Salary"), shall be payable in arrears in equal payments at such frequency as is the custom and practice of the Company and on at least a monthly basis.

  • Initial Salary Schedule Placement: The School District will determine initial Salary Schedule placement based on teaching experience.

Related to Initial Salary

  • Annual Salary means the salary given under this Part.

  • Final Salary means the average annual salary for service for which

  • Normal salary means the salary that would be paid to a participating employee if that person was not participating in a Plan and includes salary expressed as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate. It includes all allowances that are paid as an annual rate, fortnightly rate, weekly rate, daily rate or hourly rate but not overtime payments and shift work penalty rates unless they are paid as a component of an annualised rate.

  • Termination Base Salary means that amount equal to Executive’s annual base salary with the Company at the rate in effect immediately prior to the Change of Control or, if a greater amount, Executive’s annual base salary at the rate in effect at any time thereafter.

  • Basic Salary shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 5 of this Agreement.
