Initial Restaurants definition
Initial Restaurants means the 34 SIR Restaurants included in the Royalty Pooled Restaurants as of the Closing Date, as set forth in the Prospectus under “SIR’s Business ― SIR Restaurants and Market Segmentation ― Concept Restaurants and Signature Restaurants”.
Initial Restaurants means the 500 Pizza Pizza Restaurants in the Royalty Pool as of July 6, 2005. For Pizza 73 it means the 41 Pizza 73 Restaurants in the Pizza 73 Royalty Pool as of the closing of the Acquisition and Share Purchase dated July 24, 2007.
Initial Restaurants means, collectively, as of the date hereof, each of the Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburger restaurants owned or leased and operated by the applicable Borrower and described on Schedule 1.01B.
