Initial Research Results definition

Initial Research Results means the results of Initial Research, and Intellectual Property embodied therein and Intellectual Property discovered or acquired in the course of the performance of the Initial Research.

Initial Research Results means all and any inventions, products, materials (which may include bacteria and phages), compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of: (i) the Research; or (ii) activities of any nature which are joint or collaborative between the Inventors (including via consultancy or other agreements or arrangements) and the Company, in either case related to or underlying WIS Products (or to any Companion Diagnostic Kits to such WIS Products) as described in clause 1.2.30 below;
