Initial Request for Information definition

Initial Request for Information means a notice sent by the Moderation Panel to a Candidate, seeking further information about a piece of assessment drawn to the Moderation Panel’s attention by the Course Coordinator. It will identify the work, set out the Moderation Panel’s questions, and give the Candidate a minimum of 14 days to respond.

  • Request for Information shall have the meaning set out in FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” shall apply).

  • Request for Information (RFI) means a document issued to potential suppliers to gather general supplier, service or product information. It is a procurement procedure whereby suppliers are provided with a general or preliminary description of a problem or need and are requested to provide information or advice about how to better define the problem or need, or alternative solutions. A response to an RFI must not pre-qualify a potential supplier and must not influence their chances of being the successful proponent on any subsequent opportunity.

  • Requests for Information means a request for information or an apparent request under the Code of Practice on Access to Government Information, FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations;

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.

  • Statement of Additional Information means, respectively, the form of prospectus and statement of additional information with respect to the Fund filed by the Investment Company as part of the Registration Statement, or as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
