Initial Referral definition

Initial Referral means the written document by which a suspected Honor Code violation is reported to the DoD.
Initial Referral means the written document by which a suspected violation of Academic Standards is reported to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, as set forth in section 3.01(A).

Examples of Initial Referral in a sentence

  • Children who have entered Early Steps and who have not had their Part C eligibility determined by 34.5 months of age, an ES Initial Referral form will be sent directly to Child Find.

  • Initial Referral: The 45-day intake period begins on the day a written or verbal referral is received by ACRC or the LEA.

  • The Referral Fees for each Qualified Transaction shall be calculated as (i) twenty percent (20%) of the Net Recurring Revenue earned by Concur under the Qualified Transaction during the twelve (12) month period beginning on the first day of the first calendar month after the effective date of the Qualified Transaction (the “Initial Referral Period”); and (ii) ten percent (10%) of the Net Recurring Revenue earned by Concur pursuant to the Qualified Transaction after following the Initial Referral Period.
