Initial Reference Portfolio definition

Initial Reference Portfolio means, on the Issue Date, the portfolio of Reference Entities listed in Schedule 3 hereto.
Initial Reference Portfolio means, in respect of the Reference Portfolio, the initial reference portfolio as set out in the relevant annex(es) of the Confirmation in respect of the Charged Agreement.

Initial Reference Portfolio means the obligations and related Reference Entities identified in the Reference Registry as of the Portfolio Cut-Off Date.
