Examples of Initial Purchase Order in a sentence
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Seller shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to supply the Product to Purchaser in the Launch Quantities by no later than the delivery dates indicated in the Initial Purchase Order, which delivery dates shall be no sooner than 90 days after the date of the Initial Purchase Order unless Seller consents thereto.
Seller shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to deliver Product in accordance with the delivery schedule set forth in the Initial Purchase Order or the Purchase Orders provided in compliance with Section 5.3 hereof.
Deliverables and the delivery schedule for the Initial Purchase Order and follow on Purchase Orders are set forth in Exhibit B.
Each Purchase Order shall cover a period of three (3) months (the “Order Period”) and, except for the Initial Purchase Order, which shall be delivered as set forth in Section 2.4.1 below, shall be delivered by no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on the last business day of the second (2nd) month of the then current Order Period.
The Contractor shall be required to provide repair parts to The Department within fifteen (15) working days after receipt of an approved purchase order, for a period of three (3) years from Initial Purchase Order.
