Initial Production definition

Initial Production means the early production of an oil or gas well, recorded after the recovery of oil or other fluids used to fracture and stimulate the target formation has been completed, used as a potential indicator of the maximum ability of a well to produce upon Completion, without subsequent reservoir damage; provided, however, that historically, the actual sustained production of oil or gas realized from a well is usually less, on an ongoing basis, than Initial Production; and, provided further, that there can be no assurance that the actual production to be realized from a well on an ongoing basis following the conclusion of all Completion activities with respect thereto will be equal to approximate Initial Production.
Initial Production means the development and commercial production of Mineral Products during the Initial Production Period under the Pilot Project.
Initial Production shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5 hereof. “Loss” or “Losses” shall mean actual losses, liabilities, damages, injuries, costs or expenses (including without limitation legal expenses on a full indemnity basis). “Mining Lease” means that certain lease entered into by and between the “Ministre des Ressources Naturelles” and the Seller on January 10, 1995 identified as “Bail ▇▇▇▇▇▇ superficiaire et souterrain numéro 817” for a term ending January 9, 2015, “Mining Operations” includes every kind of work done on or in respect of the Property or the products therefrom and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the work of assessment, geophysical, geochemical and geological surveys, studies and mapping, investigating, drilling, designing, examining, equipping, improving, surveying, shaft sinking, raising, cross-cutting and drifting, searching for, digging, trucking, sampling, working and procuring minerals, ores and metals, surveying, achieving commercial production and bringing any mining claims to lease or patent, and doing all other work usually considered to be prospecting, operation, development, exploration, production and mining work. “Mining Rights” means all mining titles as defined under the Mining Act (Quebec), which make up the properties which are necessary for the ownership, exploration, prospecting of the Property, held by the Seller on the Closing Date which (i) the Seller is able to transfer or cause to be transferred to the Purchaser using commercial best efforts, (ii) are related to and used

More Definitions of Initial Production

Initial Production means the first Plant Product manufactured at the Plant for use or sale. Integration means integration of the Plant with the K-Fuel® Technology.
Initial Production means the earlier of the date on which diamonds in rough form produced from the A21 pipe on the Property (as defined in the Royalty Agreement) for commercial purposes are first (i) sold or transferred to any third party or (ii) valued by either a Government Valuator (as defined in the Royalty Agreement) as required by the Canada Mining Regulations (as defined in the Royalty Agreement) or by an independent valuator pursuant to Section 4.1(b) or Section 4.1(c) of the Royalty Agreement. Related to Initial Production

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means: (i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or (ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

  • Mineral Products means the commercial end products derived from operating the Property as a mine:

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
