Initial Preferred Stock definition

Initial Preferred Stock means the Qualified Preferred ----------------------- Stock issued by Holdings on the Initial Borrowing Date pursuant to the Merger Agreement (and shall include Qualified Preferred Stock issued as dividends thereon in accordance with the terms thereof).
