Examples of Initial Pilot in a sentence

  • Either Party may propose a Pilot Project, including the Initial Pilot Project and Subsequent Pilot Projects.

  • The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Pilot Contract Period .

  • An Initial Pilot Project shall be the first Pilot Project proposed within a Prospect Area.

  • The Party proposing the Initial Pilot Project shall provide the other Party with notice of such proposal pursuant to Article VI.B.1. of the Joint Operating Agreements attached hereto.

  • A Subsequent Pilot Project shall be any Pilot Project proposed within a Prospect Area after the Initial Pilot Project.

  • In the event that the Parties agree to extend the Initial Pilot Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Pilot Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations to agree any variation in the Contract Price.

  • In the event a non-proposing Party elects not to participate in the Initial Pilot Project in any Prospect Area within the Cedar Creek Project Area, or fails to respond within the time period provided, such election or non-response shall cause the non-proposing Party to forfeit all of its interest in that Prospect Area only, but the non-proposing Party shall have the continuing right to participate in other Prospect Areas within the Cedar Creek Project Area.

Related to Initial Pilot

  • co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • SOFR IndexStart means the SOFR Index value on the day which is two U.S. Government Securities Business Days preceding the first date of the relevant Interest Period (an "Index Determination Date"); and

  • Permeable pavement means paving material that absorbs water or allows water to infiltrate through the paving material. Permeable pavement materials include porous concrete, permeable interlocking concrete pavers, concrete grid pavers, porous asphalt, and any other material with similar characteristics. Compacted gravel shall not be considered permeable pavement.

  • Electric distribution company (EDC) means any electric utility subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission.
