Initial Partner definition

Initial Partner means any Person executing this Agreement as of the Closing Date as a Partner, such Initial Partners consisting of all of the members of the LLC.

Examples of Initial Partner in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provisions of the Initial Partner Agreement to the contrary, the Restricted Period with respect to the Limited Partner shall, for purposes of Section 2.13(b) of the Limited Partnership Agreement, conclude on the last day of the 24-month period immediately following the date of the Limited Partner's Special Withdrawal or Withdrawal.

  • Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to prohibit the General Partner or the Initial Partner from executing guarantees of the Partnership’s Debt.
