Initial Operator means the initial operator of the NEO Aircraft (as defined in Clause 1 below) following its Delivery to the Buyer for whom the NEO Aircraft is the first Airbus model aircraft in commercial revenue service with such initial operator. Initial Operator means Clean Coal Solutions Services, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Related to Initial Operator

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.
