Initial Operator means Crestwood Midstream.
Initial Operator means the initial operator of the NEO Aircraft (as defined in Clause 1 below) following its Delivery to the Buyer for whom the NEO Aircraft is the first Airbus model aircraft in commercial revenue service with such initial operator. More Definitions of Initial Operator

Initial Operator means Clean Coal Solutions Services, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. "Initial Payment Amortization," for each Investor, has the meaning given to such term in the respective Purchase Agreement of such Investor.
