Initial Offerings definition

Initial Offerings means the offering of bonds by the Corporation, whereby the Corporation issued the 700 Historical Issued Bonds and 29,405 Current Offering Issued Bonds, raising in the aggregate $3,640,500 as of the date hereof.
Initial Offerings means any and all equity or debt financings by NaviSite (not including any draws under the SVB Line (defined below)), including, without limitation, the public offering by NaviSite of shares of common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-2 (File No. 333-112087), completed during the first six (6) months after the date hereof.
