Initial Observation definition

Initial Observation means a determination by a Law Enforcement Agency, Building Department or Consultant that a property may be Contaminated. In addition to the foregoing, the receipt of positive test results of Methamphetamine Contamination by a Certified Industrial Hygienists, Industrial Hygienist, or any other individual providing Methamphetamine Contamination testing or pre-screening within TCHD’s Jurisdiction, including pursuant to the provisions of C.R.S. §38-35.7-103, shall be deemed an Initial Observation, and shall be disclosed to TCHD in writing within 20 days of the receipt of such positive test results, as provided for in Section 6.2.4, herein.

  • Option: Initial Reference Price Observation In case of Initial Reference Price Observation, Initial Reference Price means the Reference Price determined on the Initial Observation Date ("Initial Reference Price Observation").

  • Option: Initial Average Observation In case of Initial Average Observation, Initial Reference Price means the equally weighted average (arithmetic mean) of the Reference Prices determined on the Initial Observation Dates ("Initial Average Observation").

  • Initial Observation Date means the Initial Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Initial Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Initial Observation Date.

  • SOFR Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Accrual Period, the period from (and including) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the first day of such Interest Accrual Period to (but excluding) the date falling the number of SOFR Observation Shift Days prior to the Interest Period Date for such Interest Accrual Period;

  • Observation means a method of collecting data on the performance of a teacher's assigned duties and responsibilities. An observation for the purpose of evaluation will be included in the determination of the annual summative evaluation rating and shall be conducted by an individual employed in the school district in a supervisory role and capacity and possessing a school administrator, Principal, or supervisor endorsement as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:9-2.1.

  • Barrier Observation Date means each of the Barrier Observation Dates as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If a Barrier Observation Date is not a Calculation Date for one or more Basket Components, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Barrier Observation Date for all Basket Components.

  • Observation Date means each of the following Observation Dates:

  • SOFR Observation Shift Days means the number of U.S. Government Securities Business Days as specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement; and

  • Final Observation Date means the Final Observation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Observation Date is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Observation Date. The Final Payment Date will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Observation Period means, in respect of an Interest Period, the period from, and including, the date falling "p" London Banking Days prior to the first day of such Interest Period (and the first Interest Period shall begin on and include the Interest Commencement Date) and ending on, but excluding, the date which is p London Banking Days prior to the Interest Payment Date for such Interest Period (or the date falling p London Banking Days prior to such earlier date, if any, on which the Notes become due and payable);

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and

  • Announced observation means an observation in which the person conducting an observation for the purpose of evaluation will notify the teacher of the date and the class period the observation will be conducted.

  • Scheduled Observation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been an Observation Date.

  • Observation Date (k means the "Observation Date (k)" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If an Observation Date (k) is not a Calculation Date, the immediately following day, which is a Calculation Date shall be the respective Observation Date (k). The respective Early Payment Date (k) will be postponed accordingly. Interest shall not be payable due to such postponement.

  • Board Observer has the meaning as set forth in Section 6.11.

  • Observers has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(c).

  • Attendee or “Participant” means persons attending or participating in the Program as (i) a presenter, speaker, trainer, or student, (ii) the Judicial Council’s staff, and/or (iii) the guests of any of the persons listed previously.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Invasive species means an alien species whose introduction does or is likely to cause economic or environmental harm or harm to human health.

  • Observer has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6;

  • Discovery Period means the period of time specified in Extension 4.4, immediately following the termination of this policy during which written notice may be given to the insurer of any claim first made against the insured during such period of time for any wrongful act occurring prior to the end of the policy period and otherwise covered by this policy.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Competitively Sensitive Information means non-public information and data specific to a utility customer which the utility acquired or developed in the course of its provision of utility services. This includes, without limitation, information about which customers have or have not chosen to opt out of community choice aggregation service. (See D.97-12-088, App. A, Part I.D.)

  • Material Obligation means the material obligations of a party under the Technology Agreement, the Development Agreement or the Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement.

  • Notice-triggering Personal Information means the personal information identified in Civil Code section 1798.29 whose unauthorized access may trigger notification requirements under Civil Code section 1798.29. For purposes of this provision, identity shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, email address, identifying number, symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger or voice print, a photograph or a biometric identifier. Notice-triggering Personal Information includes PI in electronic, paper or any other medium.

  • Research Term has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
