• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representatives, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder and the Initial Note A-3 Holder.

• The preceding sentence shall not be construed to grant to the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holders the benefit of any representation or warranty made by the Initial Note A-3 Holder or any document delivery obligation imposed on the Initial Note A-3 Holder under any mortgage loan purchase and sale agreement, instrument of transfer or other document or instrument that may be executed or delivered by the Initial Note A-3 Holder in connection with the Lead Securitization.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative with respect to the Non-Controlling Notes, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder with respect to Note A-2 and the Initial Note A-3 Holder with respect to Note A-3.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representatives, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-3 Holder, the Initial Note A-4 Holder and the Initial Note A-5 Holder.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative, with respect to Note A-2 and Note A-3, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-2 Holder and the Initial Note A-3 Holder, respectively.

• As of the date hereof and until further notice from the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Non-Lead Master Servicer or another party acting on its behalf), the Initial Note A-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-3 Holder, the Initial Note A-4 Holder, the Initial Note A-5 Holder and the Initial Note A-6 Holder are each a Non-Controlling Note Holder.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative with respect to each Non-Controlling Note, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be (i) in the case of Note A-2, the Initial Note A-2 Holder, (ii) in the case of Note A-3, the Initial Note A-3 Holder, and (iii) in the case of Note A-4, the Initial Note A-4 Holder.

• As of the date hereof and until further notice from the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Non-Lead Master Servicer or another party acting on its behalf), the Initial Note A-1 Holder, the Initial Note A-3 Holder, the Initial Note A-4 Holder and the Initial Note A-5 Holder are each the Non-Controlling Note Holder.

• The Non-Controlling Note Holder Representative with respect to Note A-3, as of the date of this Agreement and until the Lead Securitization Note Holder (and the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer) is notified otherwise, shall be the Initial Note A-3 Holder.

• As of the date hereof and until further notice from the Non-Lead Securitization Note Holder (or the Non-Lead Master Servicer or another party acting on its behalf), the Initial Note A-2 Holder, the Initial Note A-3 Holder or the Initial Note A-4 Holder is the Non-Controlling Note Holder.
