Initial Nomination definition

Initial Nomination means a Nomination by the Shipper under clause 8.6, unless no such Nomination has been made, in which case it means an Advance Nomination (if the Shipper has made an Advance Nomination).

Examples of Initial Nomination in a sentence

  • If the Shipper does not make an Initial Nomination complying with clause 8.6 or an Advance Nomination complying with clause 8.18 for a Gas Day for Capacity at an Inlet Point or at an Outlet Point, then the Shipper's Daily Nomination for that Gas Day for the Inlet Point or the Outlet Point (as the case may be) is taken as equal to the Shipper's Daily Nomination for the previous Gas Day at that Inlet Point or Outlet Point (as the case may be).

  • In the absence of notification from MSCG to TRC within one Business Day of MSCG’s receipt of any Initial Nomination, and subject to the Parties mutual agreement to certain FOB Grade Differentials as described in Section 8.2.2, the Parties shall be deemed to have agreed to the sale by MSCG to TRC of the Nominated Volumes specified in such Initial Nomination.

  • If an index used to calculate the price for an Initial Nomination or Revised Nomination ceases to be published or is not published for any period applicable to calculation of the price of a transaction, either Party may notify the other at any time within sixty (60) days after the index ceases to be published and the Parties will meet and agree on a replacement index within thirty (30) days after the date of said notice.

  • Both the Initial Indication and Initial Nomination shall be for a volume that is either zero (0) barrels for the month, or a volume that allows the Facility to operate within a range that is or between the Nameplate Capacity and its Minimum Run Rate.

  • The WTI Differential may be established in volumes of 100,000 Barrels up to the full volumes listed in the Initial Nomination (as amended from time to time) relating to the Nominated Volumes that would be processed or sold for the Consumption Month.

  • If STUSCO expects a non-ratable delivery schedule to the Facility, STUSCO will supply this information IRRX as part of STUSCO’s Initial Indication and Initial Nomination.

  • Where NGG has not submitted a NGG Nomination by the Initial Nomination Deadline, NGG shall be deemed to have submitted a NGG Nomination for a Nomination Quantity of zero.

  • This fee is included in the "Cost" column in Appendix A, Section 2, Columns A, B and C.

  • STUSCO may submit adjustments to the Initial Nomination (an “Revised Nomination”) on or at any time after the 16th day of M-1 (M being the month of anticipated delivery to the Facility), and IRRX may accept or reject the Revised Nomination in writing and must do so within one (1) Business Day of STUSCO’s submission of any Revised Nomination.
