Initial Market Capitalization definition

Initial Market Capitalization means the Market Capitalization of the Company on the date immediately prior to the date hereof, after giving pro forma effect to the issuance of the Securities.
Initial Market Capitalization means a value equal to the product of (a) the Starting Shares Outstanding multiplied by (b) the Starting Share Price.
Initial Market Capitalization shall equal the product of the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to such redemption and the Current Market Price Per Share of the Common Stock on the date of such redemption.
