Initial Maintenance Period definition

Initial Maintenance Period means the initial period of Maintenance purchased by End User for Software licensed pursuant to the Agreement, which shall commence on the Delivery Date thereof, as designated in the applicable Order Form.
Initial Maintenance Period. Means in respect of the Open Space Works the initial maintenance period of twelve (12) months from the date of completion of the Open Space Works to the Council’s reasonable satisfaction as provided for in paragraph 1.4 of this Second Schedule;

  • The Promoter shall transfer the Deposit and balance thereof, without any interest, to the said Society as and when formed on completion of Initial Maintenance Period as mentioned in Clause (d) hereinbelow.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Maintenance Period and each Renewal Maintenance Period shall be considered a “Maintenance Period.” For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement shall apply to each Renewal Maintenance Period.

  • Following the Initial Maintenance Period, Maintenance Services for On-Premise Software shall automatically renew for additional terms of twelve (12) months (each, a “Renewal Maintenance Period”) at the prices stated on the Maintenance renewal Quotation unless the renewal has been cancelled by either party giving written notice, by email or otherwise, to the other at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the applicable Renewal Maintenance Period.

  • Following the Initial Maintenance Period, and subject to availability, Maintenance Services shall only be provided pursuant to a separate Order (each, a “Renewal Maintenance Period”).


More Definitions of Initial Maintenance Period

Initial Maintenance Period means the two-year period (unless specified otherwise in the Operational Specifications Schedule) during which the Vehicle Supplier will supervise the maintenance of each Vehicle as indicated in the Vehicle Sale Agreement and/or the Operational Specifications;
Initial Maintenance Period means the initial period of Maintenance specified in an applicable Order Form.
