Initial Load definition

Initial Load means a complete transfer of all data and information relating to debts owned by consumers stored in Furnisher’s database. The Initial Load shall be a one-time transfer of such data and information which shall occur on the Effective Date of this Agreement or on such other date as Furnisher and Fides shall agree but which date shall not in any case be later than ninety days (90) days after the Effective Date hereof. The Initial Load shall be undertaken in the manner prescribed to Furnisher by Fides in the Submission Instructions attached hereto as Exhibit B.
