Initial ISP definition

Initial ISP means the first ISP:
Initial ISP means the ISP developed for an eligible Applicant prior to the Applicant’s enrollment in the Plan.
Initial ISP means the ISP developed by the Participant's Team but before a functional behavioral assessment is completed.

Examples of Initial ISP in a sentence

  • As indicated in Chapter 4, a comprehensive ISP should be developed 90 days after the Initial ISP for individuals who will receive ongoing state-funded services.

  • A Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST) must be completed by the provider for an individual with an IISP prior to the meeting on the first comprehensive ISP (after the Initial ISP, formerly the TIAP).

  • Adult Day Habilitation provides assistance, through individualized activities, with acquiring, retaining, or improving self-help, socialization, and adaptive behaviors necessary to live successfully in the community and participate in home and community life, to enable a Participant to achieve the outcomes identified in the Participant’s Initial ISP or FBA-Based ISP and to reinforce therapeutic outcomes targeted by other services or Providers.

  • Non-Medical Transportation is transportation to enable a Participant to gain access to Authorized Services and, if other transportation resources are not available, to other services, community activities, and resources specified in the Participant’s Initial ISP or FBA-Based ISP.

  • If the case changes from a Prevention/Protection case to a Placement case, the Worker will close the case with a Final ISP and create an Initial ISP for the child/youth using the date of custody.

  • The Initial ISP must be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of a child entering custody, the Worker must complete and submit the ISP to the ASWS within twenty-five (25) calendar days.

  • A Review ISP must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days of completing the Initial ISP and every ninety (90) calendar days thereafter.

  • The Initial ISP is created to achieve permanency for the child/youth.

Related to Initial ISP

  • Initial Investment : means the amount that you initially subscribed to invest into the Plan.

  • spatial development framework means the Kouga Municipal Spatial Development Framework prepared and adopted in terms of sections 20 and 21 of the Act and Chapter 2 of this By-Law;

  • Existing development means development, other than that associated with agricultural or forest management activities, that meets one of the following criteria:

  • Traineeship Agreement means an agreement made subject to the terms of this award between an employer and the trainee for a traineeship and which is registered with the appropriate state training authority, NETTFORCE, or under the provisions of the appropriate state legislation.
