Initial Impact Assessment definition
Initial Impact Assessment means a preliminary environmental review of the reasonably foreseeable qualitative and quantitative impacts on the environment of a proposed project to determine whether it is likely to cause an adverse environmental effect for requiring preparation of an environmental impact assessment.
Initial Impact Assessment means the potential adverse impacts of the proposed project on Gitanyow Aboriginal Rights, including potential upstream or downstream effects, based on initial documents provided by the proponent.
Initial Impact Assessment means, for the purposes of the Consultation Process for Tenure Referrals, a review.of a Proposed Parcel disposition as contemplated in section 4.5 and, for the purposes.of the Consultation Process fo r Oil and Gas Activities, means a review of a proposed Application as contemplated in section 5.7 and "Initial Impact Assessment Form" means a document summarizing an Initial Impact Assessment in the case o f a Tenure Referral completed by MNGD under section 4.4.1 or In the case of an Oil and Gas Activity, completed by OGC under section 5.4.1;
